DAMAGED PACKAGE?
If your order was extensively damaged by UPS in transit to you, Please contact us immediately and we will quickly replace or refund your order.
DO NOT REFUSE DELIVERY or RETURN ANY PACKAGE. If you do, UPS WILL BILL YOU directly for the return shipping. UPS may ask to inspect the package. We are NOT permitted by NY STATE and local health laws to accept returns into the Bakery/Factory.
